Could you please provide a breakdown of the registration fees for the running events ?
Your registration fee contributes to covering essential costs such as permits, infrastructure, transportation, staffing, insurance, law enforcement, awards, event supplies, bibs, medals, shirts, and chip timing required to deliver a successful event experience. Additionally, a portion of every registration fee is allocated to support select charity partners throughout the year.
Are there any guidelines or restrictions I should be aware of?
Additional restrictions may apply depending on the specific event. We recommend reviewing the race policies for each event and consulting our Run Event Guide for complete details.
What sets your event apart from others?
Our events are designed to bring local communities together with a shared purpose—supporting first responders who serve those towns. Each event focuses on fostering community spirit while raising donations to benefit these dedicated individuals. It’s more than a race; it’s a way to give back to those who protect and serve.
All donor contributions will be made directly to a registered Not-for-Profit Association dedicated to supporting First Responders. For each event, we partner with a relevant local not-for-profit organization to facilitate fundraising. This ensures complete transparency—donations are never collected by us and do not pass through our hands.
In what ways do volunteers benefit from participating in this event?
Volunteers enjoy numerous benefits, including:
Community Engagement – Connect with people and strengthen local ties.
Skill Development – Gain experience in planning, coordination, and leadership.
Recognition and Appreciation – Your efforts are acknowledged and celebrated.
Contribution to a Cause – Support meaningful initiatives that make a difference.
Cultural Experience – Immerse yourself in rich traditions and celebrations.
Networking Opportunities – Build relationships with like-minded individuals.
Additionally, every volunteer is enrolled in a free online self-study certification program after the event, tailored to their area of interest.
In which towns and cities do you organize events?
We work closely with local town officials, first responders, and communities. Our goal is to host events in as many towns as possible once we have local support in and around Dallas, Texas.
Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome! Families, individuals, and local businesses are encouraged to join and make the event a success. Please refer to each event’s specific guidelines and restriction policies.
