
Time: As a member‑run club, members can meet on any day of the week, with at least three sessions encouraged per week. Morning sessions begin at 5:30 AM, 6 AM, 6:30AM, 7AM and 7:30 AM, while evening sessions start at 5:30 PM, 6 PM, 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
Members can run together as a group at least thrice a week.
Participants can stay motivated and accountable.
Runners can start their day with energy, focus, and a positive mindset.
Busy work and family schedules later in the day do not interfere with participation.
By meeting in the morning, we create a supportive and inclusive environment that strengthens our community and encourages regular participation.

4. Inter‑Club Running Experience:
Once every month, run together with other clubs affiliated with Stalwart Runners, helping you connect, network, and grow within the running community.
5. Saturday Exploration Runs
Explore different parks, trails, and running routes in and around nearby towns. This will be a joint run with other clubs of Stalwart Runners. We will meet around 5:30 a.m. at the venue, which may change most Saturdays as all clubs come together to run
6. Club T‑Shirt (optional):

7. Laughter Yoga:
